    提拉米苏大作战

    应死鱼的强烈要求,以及今天挂了一天的QQ和MSN等我的消息,特此奉上我第一次制作提拉米苏的攻略。
     
    背景:给CB庆祝生日。
     
    原料
     
    看图说话,以下步骤从左到右,从上到下。
     
    首先是准备工作。
     
    先分离出蛋黄——>用电动打蛋器把淡奶油打发成半液体状,放冰箱待用——>吉利丁片用冷水泡软——>开水将咖啡冲好放凉并加入朗姆酒
     
     
    然后制作奶酪糊。
     
    蛋黄搅散以后加入白糖,用电动打蛋器打成发白的浓稠状——>把吉利丁片隔热水融化然后倒入蛋黄糊搅匀——>把马斯卡彭加入搅拌均匀——>加入之前打发好的淡奶油,搅拌均匀——>加入朗姆酒搅拌均匀
     
     
    奶酪糊做好了,下面就可以开始摆模具了。
     
    把手指饼干放到咖啡和朗姆酒的混合液中蘸湿,摆到蛋糕模具的第一层——>抹上一层奶酪糊——>再放一层手指饼干——>再抹上剩余的奶酪糊,用橡皮刮刀抹平表面——>蒙上保鲜膜放入冰箱5小时以上。
     
     
    出冰箱后用小刀沿着模具周围一圈,托着蛋糕模的活动底将提拉米苏送出模具。撒上可可粉,糖霜,成功。
    想用手写的字体,结果考虑不全,导致那个“日”和“快”的一部分形状很拙劣。更拙劣的是,我先撒好了糖霜,却不知道糖霜放冰箱里面会融化掉。后来拿出来的时候发现都化掉了。下次就知道吸取教训了。这是刚做好的照片。
     
     
    味道那是出奇的好,很清凉不腻,今天又做了一个带去了公司大家齐分享,五分钟就风卷残云,相比我和CB苦苦吃了三天才吃完,真是人多力量大。CB一边大口吃着一边说了一句话,“外面卖的味道也不过如此”,让我很有成就感。

    算是吧,应该算甜品的一类,不过中间加入了手指饼干所以吃起来也有蛋糕的感觉。
